My husband and I wanted to get out of the house with the kids and go for a little drive in February. We decided to head to Clare to see if there was anything new in town. We took the long way so we could drive by the White Barn Venue where we got married years ago and by the Hotel Doherty where we stayed for our wedding weekend.

We stumbled upon Imagination Gateway! Even though it was only 12 degrees out… our two year old wanted to explore. So, we stopped so she could check it out and snapped a few pictures! According to Pure Michigan, Imagination Gateway was built in just FIVE days by the community! It was built in 2006 and renovated in 2021. It is a really neat area. There are two play areas so all ages can be included and a handicap swing! The tot area was really neat to walk through. I can’t wait to bring my little one back here in the summer to play!
