Tot Park is a small, fenced in, park on the corner of Crapo St and Frankfort Ave in the Village of Elberta. It features one slide, a few swings, and spring riders. Right down the road is Waterfront Park… which may be a bit more populated. If your little one is trying to get their swinging on… this may be an easy pit stop for you.
