Iargo Springs is located in Oscoda and is open 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week! It is maintained by the US Forest Service. This is a great place to take a young one who is ready to burn some energy… as long as you are ready for a workout too! There are 294 steps to walk down and enter the beautiful springs where the water is so clean you could drink from it! If you’re not up for the step challenge, you can enjoy gorgeous views from the observation deck 300ft above the river. I love traveling up to this area. There are plenty of other activties around Iargo Springs to make your trip worthwhile.
