Seven Ponds Nature Center is a beautiful, almost 500-acre nature preserve with an interpretive building. Not only can you enjoy the outdoors, you can go inside and spend some time indoors.
INSIDE THE INTERPRETIVE BUILDING:
The Discovery Room has lots of hands on sensory objects for your little ones to feel and explore
The Critter Corner has several terrariums and aquariums to admire their reptiles, amphibians, and fish!
The Nature Nook is a perfect spot for your toddlers. This spot is designed to keep your little ones occupied with toddler-friendly nature-themed toys and activities.
There is a huge display of birds to help you learn your Michigan species.
Lastly, there are two libraries for adults and children. The Bee Naish and the Bee Hive.
THE GREAT OUTDOORS:
There are plenty of trails to keep you and your little ones exploring outside all day, a variety of gardens, boardwalks in swamp and marsh areas, and two bird feeding stations.
