Island Park has a beautiful play area that is VERY toddler-friendly. There are lots of pavilions, tables, and benches. The 50-acre park features a splash pad, two separate play areas, tennis courts, volleyball, baseball diamonds, basketball court, and a skate park. There is something for everyone here. There is also a gorgeous trail that crosses over the Chippewa River. This park is perfect to take a newborn for a stroll on the nicely paved paths, your toddler to play in Timber Town, or the older kids who love sports!
