Oswald’s Bear Ranch is the largest bear ranch in the United States! It is located just north of Newberry and hosts 40 bears. The park is a walking park and stroller friendly. The ranch rescues bears from abusive situations and provides a nice, clean, safe, habitat for them. It is also an educational facility! If there are cubs, you have the opportunity to pet them and take pictures with them!

Admission is free for active military!

Open the Friday of Memorial Day Weekend through October 10th
(Closed from Oct 11th until Memorial Day weekend)
Hours: 9:30am to 5:00pm; After Labor Day: 9:30am – 4:00pm
Administration: $25 per vehicle or $15 for lone visitor. Vans after 6 people $10 per person.
We accept Credit Card, Cash and Check – no ATM or debit machine available
